Data protection regulations and declaration of consent

1. General
1.1. The following are the data protection guidelines of the Praxis Dr. med. dent. Alessandro Ponte dental practice, Corso Pestalozzi 4A, CH – 6900 Lugano, Switzerland. These govern how the users treats your data. This applies to any and all data stored in relation to your use of www.alessandroponte.com ( hereinafter “website“).

1.2. The purpose of the data processing is the operation of a website via which the operator can present his services and customer contacts can be maintained.

2. Data collection without consent
Every time you access a page of the operator and each time a file is retrieved, data about this process can be stored.

2.1. Storage in log files
Each time a user accesses this website and each time a file is retrieved, data about this process is stored in a log file. These data are not personally identifiable. The operator can therefore not tell which user has retrieved which data.

  • A message if the download was successful

These data cannot be assigned to a specific person by the operator. These data are not combined with other data sources. The data are deleted after statistical evaluation.

2.2. Use of cookies

To improve the quality of the offering, the operator uses cookies with which your usage data can be collected and processed. If you follow a link when visiting this website and you are logged into Facebook via your personal account, Facebook can associate the visit with your Facebook account.

If you interact with the plugins, e.g. pressing the “Like” button or writing a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and is stored there. 2.5. Social Plugin from Google+

This website contains links to an external social network Google+ (GooglePlus). Google+ is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, Kalifornien, 94043 USA, (hereinafter “Google”).

The links in this website are identified by the GooglePlus logo (no GooglePlus plugin is used). If this link is followed by clicking on it, the GooglePlus plugins are activated and your browser will establish a direct connection with GooglePlus’ servers.

The content of the “+1” button is transmitted from Google directly to your browser, which embeds it into the website. The operator has therefore no influence on the scope and content of the data that Google collects using this button. According to Google, no personal information is collected without clicking on the button. Google logs the browser history when a “+1” button is displayed according to its own statements only for system maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. If users are not logged into GooglePlus, the data is not structured according to individual profiles, user names or URLs. Only with logged-in members is such data, including the IP address, collected and processed.

2.6. Data processing in the login area
There is a possibility on this website to log into a closed area using a user name and user password (hereinafter “login data”). The login data are sent separately by the operator. The login data are the same for all users and to that extent not personalised. In the password protected area the data collection and use as shown under item 2.1 applies.

3. Data collection with consent
Personal data is collected by the user about you with your consent in the following cases.

3.1. Data processing if web forms are used

It is possible for you to use a web form on this website to send the operator a message. This web form is used so that the operator can answer your questions. In addition, it is also possible to arrange an appointment.

When the web form is used, the complete data of the web form is sent via the operator’s provider to the operator in the form of an e-mail. The data is then immediately deleted from the server. The operator stores and uses the data received by e-mail in line with the statutory provisions.

3.2. Newsletter

You can agree that the operator keeps you informed about product information and news via e-mail. The operator sends out a newsletter at regular intervals.
